Transforming an Industry to Transform Lives.
Minimally invasive valve therapies can restore quality of life, cut recovery from months to days, and in many cases, save a life. Hundreds of thousands of eligible patients never receive them. NexVal Medical was built to change that.

A Systemic Failure, Not a Clinical One
Minimally invasive valve therapies require no open-heart surgery, reduce recovery from months to days, and deliver outcomes equal to or better than conventional surgery. These valves are engineered to serve two groups of patients.
The therapy is there. The patients need it.
NexVal Medical aims to close the care gap for two underserved patient groups: those who could benefit from a valve intervention but have received an alternate diagnosis, and those who can tolerate invasive open-heart surgery but deserve a minimally invasive approach.
Unfortunately, the system has not kept pace with science. As a result, too many patients never reach the right physician, have the right conversation, or receive the care best suited to them.

Patients who were told they are not a candidate for any valve intervention and are not ready to accept that as the final answer.

Patients who could tolerate open-heart surgery, but deserve a less invasive, equally effective option.

Three Interventions, One Mission
NexVal Medical is not another conference, CME course, or hospital outreach program. We are an independent, institution-agnostic ecosystem built to get the right therapies to the right patients.
NexVal Elite Community
The world's leading structural heart physicians have never been organized as a true team. NexVal brings them together, alongside medical device engineers and health system executives, to shape where this field goes next. Not a conference. Not a society. A working force.
Physician Training & Education
Most physician training in minimally invasive valve therapy is funded by device manufacturers, which means it is, by design, product-specific. NexVal offers what the industry has never had: fully independent, disease-based training that equips physicians with a complete toolkit across every vendor to treat every eligible patient.
HIP - Heart Information Program
Patients with valve disease often receive incomplete information about their options, or none at all. They are told their only option is surgery, or that they have no options at all. The HIP is a centralized patient resource staffed by real people, supported by technology to ensure every patient can access honest, unbiased guidance about the care they deserve.

Independent by Design, Trusted Because of It
It brings competing institutions together, enables unbiased training and evaluations across every device, and ensures every patient receives objective guidance - free from hidden agendas.
It's why the world's leading structural heart physicians choose to participate. And stay.
NexVal is self-funded and fervently independent. Because in order to transform an industry, you have to build something no single party can own.
Who We're Building This For
Patients & Families
If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with heart valve disease and you're not sure you've heard the full story about what's possible, we are here to help you find out. Real people. Real information. No agenda. Free.
Physicians
You've built your reputation. You know the clinical landscape. NexVal is where elite structural heart physicians collaborate on research, training, and the decisions that shape the future of this specialty. This is where the field is being made.
Health Systems
Access to elite structural heart specialists. A training pipeline for your interventional cardiology team. A referral framework built on clinical appropriateness. NexVal doesn't compete with your program. It builds it.
Medical Device Industry
More trained physicians means more procedures, across every device. NexVal expands the market in a way no single company can do on its own. The infrastructure to get there is shared.
The Training Program the Field Has Been Missing.
Fully independent. Disease-based. Device-agnostic. NexVal physician training is built around what the patient needs, not around which company funded the program. Hands-on, high-fidelity, and designed to give every physician the complete toolkit to treat every eligible patient across the full range of available therapies.
Events
Tampa, Florida
NexVal’s second convening will bring together leading structural heart physicians, health system executives, device industry leaders, and physician training programs at CAMLS for four days of focused collaboration in Tampa.
Designed to be intentionally small and independent, these working sessions are built to create the kind of conversations, relationships, and progress that rarely happen within traditional institutional structures.
